After time spent with other builders, Mark chose to work at Schiavi Home Builders in order to offer a superior quality home. He enjoys developing custom homes with all types of customers from first time buyers to couples who are downsizing or building a special vacation residence.
In his spare time, Mark can be found at home involved in one of his favorite sports, spending time with family and friends or cheering on the Red Sox.
Lorie Olson

With experience in real estate, home design, contracting and business, Lorie Olson has a wealth of valuable experience. She combines an in depth understanding of manufacturing capabilities with a love for smart, efficient, beautiful and affordable design. Her clients appreciate her ability to listen and rely on her expertise in all aspects of the custom home building process.
When not at work, Lorie might be found refurbishing her 1700s farmhouse, frolicking with her three children, in a kayak on a river, picnicking, tenting at the top of a mountain or sampling microbrews to the tune of the New England Patriots.
Hank Emerson
Residence: Paris, Maine
When you believe in the product you sell, it shows. Hank recommends Schiavi homes with the confidence that comes from years of living in the area as well as working in the company. After 30 years on the road, Hank enjoys being situated in the Bethel office where he guides customers through the process of designing and building a new home.
To say that Hank is passionate about skiing is putting it mildly. He lives for winter. Working so close to Sunday River can be stressful for Hank…especially when there's fresh powder on the mountain. Since those days are few and far between, Hank's extensive experience and mature judgment can regularly be found in the Bethel office.
Stephen Richard

Steve enjoys the challenge he faces with each new customer to design the home that really matches their needs and ideas. Steve is well-versed in every aspect of the building process and has a keen understanding of modular construction techniques, including knowledge of the differences between the various manufacturers. His favorite aspect though is helping a customer determine what their home will look like and what it will include.
At home, Steve enjoys landscaping and gardening. Along with his wife and daughter, Steve plays an active role in coffee hour and counting at their church.
Jerry Dodge
Residence: Norway, Maine

Tim "Hutch" Hutchisen
Residence: Norway, Maine
As a second generation of Hutchisen's in the manufactured housing industry, Tim has a wealth of experience. A former head engineer at a local manufactured housing plant, as well as a master carpenter, Hutch enjoys guiding the customer through the initial design; the building process and helping them visualize the final project.
In his leisure you will find him driving or restoring one of his Triumph sports cars. When the snow flies, you'll find him skiing with his wife.
