My family enjoyed working with your company from first to last. Our satisfaction with the actual home equals our pleasure in your company's service. Whether measured against high standards of competence, integrity or graciousness, your company's performance and manner have exceeded our expectations.
No test of integrity is worth noting if events do not conspire to place that integrity at risk; matters both small and large could have undone your reputation had you not valued it so highly. You replaced a cracked window. You rebated the amount on a stove charged for but not delivered. You took care of a serious leak in a newly installed oil tank expeditiously. You worked effectively with me as an ad hoc general contractor and collegially with the carpenter I had selected to finish off the basement.
